Operations automation — Melbourne

We build the systems that do your admin, so your team doesn't.

Missed calls, double-entered paperwork, jobs that fall through the cracks — that's not a people problem. It's a systems problem. We fix the systems.

The problem

Right now, your team is the integration layer.

When a customer calls, someone writes it down. Then someone re-types it into the booking system. Then someone texts the tradie. Then someone follows up for payment. Every one of those steps is a person copying information from one place to another.

Every step is also a place where a job, a payment, or a Saturday can quietly go missing — a message that doesn't get passed on, a form that doesn't get followed up, a customer who calls back and gets no one.

That's not what you're paying your team's wages for. It's not a training problem or a discipline problem. It's a gap that should be closed by a system, not a person remembering to do one more thing.

Beyond automation

For clients who need more.

Automation is where most clients start. Once the admin's sorted, some need us to go further — the website or the software the rest of the business runs on.

Web development

Modern, fast, conversion-focused websites for small and service businesses — built to bring in the calls and enquiries the automation above then handles.

Custom software

Bespoke internal tools and small SaaS products for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf apps.

How it works

Audit. Build. Manage.

01 — Audit

We look at how work actually moves.

The calls, the forms, the spreadsheets, the follow-ups — we map where time and jobs are being lost. Free, no obligation.

02 — Build

We build the systems that close the gaps.

Tested against how your business actually runs, not a generic template, before anything goes live.

03 — Manage

We keep it running.

We fix what breaks and adjust it as your business changes. You're never left holding a system you don't understand.

FAQs

What if it breaks?

We fix it. Every plan includes a response time — 48 hours on Essential, down to 4 hours on Scale — and keeping things running is part of what you're paying for, not an extra call-out fee.

Do we have to change our existing software?

No. We build around what you're already using wherever we can. If something genuinely won't work, we'll tell you plainly during the audit, before you've paid for anything.

Is this just AI hype?

No. Some of what we build uses AI under the hood, some of it doesn't need to. Either way, you're not paying for the technology — you're paying for the admin it removes. If a system doesn't save you real time, we don't build it.

Are we too small for this?

If you've got a phone that rings and paperwork that needs doing, you're not too small. Most of what we build starts by saving a few hours a week — it doesn't need a big team or a big budget to be worth it.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the systems we've built for you. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time.

What if we want to stop?

You can. It's month-to-month with 30 days' notice — no lock-in contract. If you leave, we'll hand over documentation for what we've built so it doesn't just stop working.

Can you also build our website or software?

Yes. Most clients start with automation — it's the fastest way to see what's actually costing you time. Once that's running, some need more: a website that converts, or software built around how the business actually works. It's the same team either way, so nothing gets lost explaining your business twice.
